I have purchased a LOT of items from DD - several of the electrical items have died after a short period of time - I now try to check manufacturer's site before I buy to see if they have a 12 month warranty, most do, even if Deals Direct offer the 30 day repplacement warranty. Customer Service compared to other similar sites is a bit slow, but helpful. Their prices are great, delivery prompt - just do a bit of research before you buy.

I will continue buying from them. I would say i have bought 8 items from them and out of that, 3 have been faulty. I havent been bothered to return them, but the store was happy to exchange.

Great service, got a shredder which was ridiculously cheap and not terrific quality, but did what it said and was real value for money. The customer service is excellent and although I didn't use it, they offer a live chat system if you're unsure of something. Delivery was fast and I'm a happy customer.
