Wallboard (equivalent to Villaboard sheets but are pre-sealed) can be tiled, painted or wallpapered to achieve an individual design. They are also extremely easy to install. Each sheet has recessed edges for flush jointing and can simply be cut and fixed to timber or steel framing.
