Everything went smoothly and without a problem. If you order in HK just be prepared to sacrifice on the English manual or delays with delivery. That is why they sell cheaper than local shops. Also they charge %20 restoking fee if you decide to return the purchase. Keep this in mind and do a good research before ordering. I will definitely buy again.

Great price found on Getprice from Infotech - my phone was in perfect condition when it was delivered. I will definetly purchase my electrical goods from Expert Infotech again.

I ordered a digi-cam from them a while back, and received it within a few days. I thought that was good until I opened the box and realised that the instruction manual was in a Chinese language. I emailed them and requested a refund, telling them I would return the camera. They told me they'd send an English manual, which I thought was a fair compromise. I'm still waiting for it almost a month later. I send them emails on a daily basis, and they keep telling me it's been sent by registered post. When I ask for tracking numbers and confirmation of my address etc they ignore my emails. I still email them every day. By the way, they may have Aussie and NZ business details, but the camera came from Hong Kong.
