Ordered an Epson scanner. After seven days the order was still on hold due to Paypal 'verification' problems (the Paypal charge had been processed and my credit card charged). Emails, phone calls etc. only resulted in the same runaround with nobody able to tell me what was causing the delay other than 'the high rate of Paypal fraud' or when my order would ship. Basically, nobody knew anything. Finally cancelled the order and received a refund. I don't think anything dishonest was happening and the refund was received the next day, but certainly I would not use them again.

Was happy with my ladder, scared at some of the bad reviews they've had but thought they couldn't stuff up a ladder. Fast delivery, multi purpose ladder is just what i wanted ! Very happy.
