They have good deals on their products and they often offer free shipping as well. I've found them to be good so far as I've never had any problems with my orders. The shipping is always very quick, normally 2 days only.

I have purchased a LOT of items from DD - several of the electrical items have died after a short period of time - I now try to check manufacturer's site before I buy to see if they have a 12 month warranty, most do, even if Deals Direct offer the 30 day repplacement warranty. Customer Service compared to other similar sites is a bit slow, but helpful.
Their prices are great, delivery prompt - just do a bit of research before you buy.
