Want to know what it feels like to pilot a 737? This flight simulator experience in Perth is for you! Before the flight you choose from a selection of airports and sectors. Together we plan the flight with the same maps and charts that the airlines use before preparing for take off.
Once inside you’ll sit in the Captain’s seat and we’ll programme the Flight Management Computer and start the engines. After the “pushback” from the terminal we’ll taxi to our takeoff position. “Cleared for Take-off” - we’re rolling…”V1, rotate” We’re airborne and in your hands!
You can fly the aircraft manually or you can switch on the autopilot to sit back and enjoy the scenery. But don’t relax too much – youre in control for the landing. It’ll be an experience that will be with you for life!
Your simulator instructor will help explain all aspects of a commercial flight but don’t be alarmed if you have never flown before because on this flight deck no experience is necessary. Once on board your responsibilities will be matched with your skill level and briefings prior to the flight are tailored to match your level of knowledge - emphasis is placed on your enjoyment.
