All products are packaged in a sealed polystyrene box and delivered in refrigerated vehicles not warmer than 5°C.
If you are not home at the time of delivery our driver will phone your preferred contact number to arrange a safe drop off location.
Once delivered, the products in there sealed state will remain below the required 5°C for approximately 4 hours if not placed in refrigerated storage.
