Hurry stock is very limited!Optifast mixed vegetable soup is a savoury meal replacement for weight loss on the Optifast Program.Optifast mixed vegetable soup is delicious, nutritionally complete and high in fibre. It offers a perfect option for a hot, satisfying meal.The Optifast Mixed Vegetable Soup contains ingredients derived from pork and duck meat so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Apart from this and the Chicken soup, the remainder of the Optifast range is suitable for Vegetarians but not vegans as they all contain milk.Directions for use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast to 200mL of boiling water. Stir until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Add more water if you would prefer a larger serve or a more diluted taste. Alternatively, add 200mL of cold water, stir vigorously and microwave on high for one minute or heat gently on the stove, whilst stirring.INGREDIENTS:
