Benzoyl Peroxide: Benzoyl Peroxide has potent anti-bacterial and anti-microbial action against P.acnes (the acne-causing bacteria). It also helps to decrease inflammation and reduce the spread of resistant bacteria on the skin. Hydroxybenzoates: An anti-fungal agent widely used as a preservative in food, drugs and cosmetics.
