Under & Over Pinot Gris - Pale colour with fine clarity. Lovely nose full of rose petal and orange blossoms, exhibiting a clean minerality. The palate is fruit driven, light to medium bodied with pear and nectarine flavours matched by spicey and floral nuances, showing the trademark viscosity and classic Pinot Gris textures. BlackBilly Pinot Gris - James Halliday says: A zesty pinot Gris with attitude, citrus, green apple and brown pear all interwoven; a long, fruit-filled, but dry, finish. Medium straw with a very slight grey colour from the skins. Lifted aromatics reminiscent of quince, nashi pear and citrus flowers with freshness and vitality. A few tropical, guava like notes add interest and complexity. Clean, crisp palate with full fruit and crisp acid combined with light phenolic structure that adds texture and length. Ideal with Sushi & Sashimi. This wine seems to have an affinity for spice and chilli so try with your favourite Chinese, Thai or Mexican food. Zilzie Regional Pinot Gris - Pale straw with green hues.
