I have been having troubles from day one (1) relating to the paper feed mechanism the paper - envelopes and photo paper seem to be continually misaligning or jambing - I have had my printer with an authorised service centre for approximately eight (8) weeks and they are continuing to have problems rectifying a variety of faults - please note that I have no complaints with the authorised service centre, however I would have expected a replacement unit by now
