HDRCX12 allows you to capture spectacular 10.2 Mega Pixel still images when in dedicated still mode with flash! You can also record a 7.2 Mega Pixel still image at the same time as recording full motion video! The HDRCX12 even supports red eye reduction, meaning your full High Definition Handycam can also double as a high end still camera.
Face Detection
Face Detection technology ensures that family and friends captured with HDRCX12 are always shown at their best! When the camera detects a human face it automatically adjusts focus, colour control and brightness to ensure that faces are always clear and sharp. Face Detection also works in group shots, with up to 8 faces being tracked at once.
