Easy to order Customer Support Delivery on time Product expectations	By Brendon , 14/09/2009 I think the ordering process was a bit clunky, but am 'wowed' overall. I ordered on a Friday morning and received it on Friday afternoon. Same day service is almost unheard of in Australia! Very impressed on that front and no complaints otherwise.
