Initially I had an online order glitch, where I couldn't place my order (a system problem). But I sorted it out by phone with Wing Li who has a great customer relations approach. Bought a Cowon S9. Can't fault Minidisc. Very prompt service, the S9 was well packaged and arrived when they said it would, emails from Minidisc kept me informed and they are very responsive when you contact them.

I bought a pair of Creative E830 earphones in New York at the start of the year and loved them (still do!). Been looking for another pair to have as spare at home. Price-wise, Minidisc were the best, and had them in-stock unlike many other online retailers I'd checked out. I even preferred to order from Minidisc rather than from Creative itself. The site is super user-friendly and easy to navigate and to order. Delivery was quick. My brother loves the E830s and has taken mine, so I'm looking to get another pair.

One of the best online headphone distubuters out there :) I bought a pair of sennheiser cx500s off ebay and yup they were fakes, so i went looking for real ones and i found a store then did a price match with minidisc (a site that i had just found) they informed me the sennheiser had never heard of that other company and are prob selling fakes...
i thanked the sales rep and i got an email back saying i could get free shipping cos of my troubled... really nice customer service :) :)
My earphones arrived 2 days after purchase =]
