Livechat support and good customer service. Seems that they are located in Melbourne and Perth, as well as dispatching from Qld - so product arrives fast.
Have taken advantage of both the overnight courier option as well as the flat rate $5.50 postage for unlimited titles.
They publish weekly games of the week which are worth looking out for.
