* Website is reasonably easy to navigate, but can sort products only when doing a search, not when browsing categories (and the sorting mechanism doesn't work properly anyway).
* Some item pages have no product description, or only a small blurry picture.
* Communication is below par, with some requests ignored, and email prompting sometimes required to initiate delivery despite payment being acknowledged.
