* Website is reasonably easy to navigate, but can sort products only when doing a search, not when browsing categories (and the sorting mechanism doesn't work properly anyway). * Some item pages have no product description, or only a small blurry picture. * Communication is below par, with some requests ignored, and email prompting sometimes required to initiate delivery despite payment being acknowledged.

It was refreshing to shop with an online retailer like Pharmacy Online - too many of the Australian retailers make it hard to buy online, but these guys have it worked out and make it easy. They offer various payment options, or the ability to pick-up in-store. I use these guys regularly and encourage you to do so too.

great site, ordered on the sunday , product arrived at my office after 2 days. saved time going to a shop and saved about $20. will by from these guys again
