Good morning
I am sending this email to you in order to congratulate you on your magnificent service. I am a first-time customer of yours and,
based on this experience, will be a continuing one, albeit not necessarily a major one. However, I will be delighted to tell
others of my experience.
My order was lodged late on Wednesday afternoon but was delivered to me on Friday. What was even more astounding was the fact that the order couldn't be all processed at the one point, meaning that most came from Melbourne and one cartridge by AirExpress from Sydney. One can only wonder at the economics of this when there is only a $10 delivery fee. Again, a sign of very good service.
I have previously dealt with a supplier in Melbourne, for many years. The beauty of this association was that he had the cheapest prices around for my supplies for cartridges and toners. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the service has tended to deteriorate with one order taking something like 10 months (correct - I did say months) to complete. Because I was starting to run down my supplies I needed to get something and not have to be concerned about delays. The other good thing was that your prices are actually a bit better than that from my previous
supplier.
It is even more interesting to me, to note that you are located at Narellan. By now I think that Sydney has probably just about reached you, whereas in the days that I was working in Sydney in the early seventies, and driving regularly to southern NSW, you were a long way from the city.
