Have been waiting more than 2 weeks for delivery of a washing machine. Have been given 2 delivery dates so far and no sign of the machine. Calls to Price Beaters are answered courteously but they always have to call you back in connection with the query and there appears to be poor communication with their supplier and transport company. I will never deal with them again. As no product has been delivered, I cannot rate whether it met expectation.

The traders are very good, however the KENWOOD SC5000 STEAM MOP is an absolute shocker and not recommended. The cheaper SC2000 is a better option
