I ordered 2 x samsung galaxy notes unlocked. They both arrived super fast and we were really excited that they came. They were packaged well and we were able to track the shipment. However, upon opening them, 1 was good but the other phone was LOCKED!!! and when I tried to chat online with them they were happy to give me an unlocking code but it still did not work.I was eventually told to send it back after frustration not being able to directly communicate with anyone, it cost $50+ to send it back and I am still waiting for them to reply to me.

I bought Lumix TZ20 on 27/12/2011 from eGlobal and still waiting for it. They are not replying properly with satisfactory answers and not enought responsible for anything. I don't recommanded this seller. really really disappointing...

I would never use eglobal digital cameras again. I ordered a Nikon digital SLR this month and it arrived without the il-lion battery. Eglobal will not call me to discuss this, but only occasionally reply to online communication to say that their warehouse checks every order so I must be lying about the incident. I now have a camera that is useless at present. Very dissapointing!!!

I have never reviewed a store online before but my shopping experience absolutely warrants it. My Canon 7D and 24-105 ef lense arrived within 3 days of ordering. The products were perfect and the quality of photos that I have been taking with my new toy are fantastic. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this store based on my experience.
