I have bought a few items from Deals Direct. 2 teddy bears, my daughter loooves them! A bright starts bouncy chair, a safety first inflatable bath tub, a micro sd card and a fisher price precious planet jumperoo. They have all been fantastic and greatly reduced in price in comparison to other stores, online or otherwise! The longest that any of these have taken to arrive was 3 days and I live in the sticks!!! The closest store that sold the jumperoo was over 3 hours away from where I live and I got it for over $60 cheaper than toys r us was selling it for! I really feel like I am on a winner with Deals Direct!!! Highly Recommended :)

I've purchased loads of products from Deals Direct. They have good deals on their products and they often offer free shipping as well. I've found them to be good so far as I've never had any problems with my orders. The shipping is always very quick, normally 2 days only.

I have purchased a LOT of items from DD - several of the electrical items have died after a short period of time - I now try to check manufacturer's site before I buy to see if they have a 12 month warranty, most do, even if Deals Direct offer the 30 day repplacement warranty. Customer Service compared to other similar sites is a bit slow, but helpful. Their prices are great, delivery prompt - just do a bit of research before you buy.

I will continue buying from them. I would say i have bought 8 items from them and out of that, 3 have been faulty. I havent been bothered to return them, but the store was happy to exchange.
