I Love Laundry was born in Ragusa, Sicily in December 2009 whilst on holiday in Italy. We were staying with family and I observed the Meliconi Stendimeglio (Stendi) in action. I was totally impressed, so naturally I wanted one.
Once back in Australia and back to using my boring clothes airer, I thought the Stendi was just too fabulous not to be introduced into Australia. So before we knew it our first shipment was coming across the Mediterranean!
The Meliconi company was set up in the 1960's and is now one of the leading Italian companies. Their laundry products are innovative, practical and efficient, designed to simplify our daily lives.
