Through no fault of Quickshop, our toner cartridge was faulty, returning it was simple & when they could not get replacement stock in time a refund was cheerfully offered. Excellent customer support, Karlee answered promptly any questions.
The only mark was the 'in stock' delivery still took 6 days after funds cleared.
