I ordered a wireless modem from OTA on a Monday & by Wednesday it had arrived at my nominated address. After opening the item & attempting to install, it was found to be faulty. Phoning customer service confirmed this, they were extremely helpful & assisted me in everyday possible. A new modem was placed on order & the faulty one was sent back. The new one arrived a few days later & this time it installed with no problems. Thanks again to the helpful people at OTA. I would definitely purchase from them again & highly recommend others do the same.
