I would highly recommend PG for high quality items, price, service and speed of delivery. I recieved my Sony video camera within a week of ordering. They were very responsive via email and assisted me with payment options including a refund on my CC purchase and purchase via EFT to make the process even faster. I will definately shop with PG again.

Very highly recommended. I just bought the new HTC Sensation from Porta Gadgets, there were quick responses to my questions, payment went through quick and easy and I received my product within 3 days. I just bought a canon 550d from portagadets and I was informed of progress every bit of the way. Really good communication with sales through emails. It took 1 week to get to Sydney as they were waiting for stock themselves ...otherwise the shipping really only took 3 days. Extremely happy with it. Saving around $300 from locally bought products is great. definitely highly recommended.

I ordered Canon IXY Digital 930IS camera; good low price; arrived promptly and all as I hoped. An English user manual on CD was added. I initially overlooked it and emailed for advice from PortaGadgets - received advice within 2 working days.

Avoid this seller at all costs. They do not ship the goods you order, close enough is good enough for them. The wrong model camera arrived without the power cord and an incorrect SD card. They also do not reply to email or faxed then claim they didn't receive them. They haven't heard of the 'sent box'. You have been warned.
