Was very concerned I had done the wrong thing after paying by EFT, having trouble tracking the order and then reading several negative on-line posts. However, the camera I ordered turned up at my door in Perth WA in 5 days from ordering, which was much faster than previous orders from other companies, and in perfect condition. And of course the price was fantastic. I would certainly use this company again.

At first I was sceptical about purchasing from this site, but due to the price and others' good reviews I took the chance. It was well worth it, great customer support, used bank transfer no hassle with photo id etc required. They were out of stock with 16GB Samsung Innov8 and threw a 8GB memory card as a compensation. Shipping was amazingly fast - Friday they told me that they ship it and I got it Monday - no idea how they do that.

I was at first worried when ordering from an outside company like Porta Gagets, but they far exceded my expectations. Even when they had a slight problem from there side, the notified me and came to a solution. I was totally amazed when they posted my tracking number on the Friday only to receive my order that very next Monday. How they do that is beyound me. I would recommend Porta Gagets for service and price.

there was some delay in the beginning as I had not stated the camera I needed my lens for and customer support had to chase me up, then delays with delivery as I did not realize the delivery was by Aus Post at my end, on both occasions it was my error and customer support were fantastic... what better service can you ask for when the customer is at fault. Product and price are excellent and they made what could have been a bad experience very easy. Shipping.. had I not missed the mailman would have been quicker from Hong Kong that domestic in Aus. Thank you guys for your help and I will be coming to you first for my shopping next time.
