My wife ordered a K10D camera, it arrived late, apparently customs held it up.
When we got it it was damaged.
We emailed Insane Mobile and they got us to send it back.
Damien phoned us up and asked if we wanted another one or a refund. We decided to try again.
My wife was planning a trip to the USA and was is leaving on Sep3, the new camera was put into the system on a friday, the camera arrived yesterday, monday, it took three days.
Pretty good.
This one was packed differently.
It had a large box that contained both the camera and the lens in it in two seperate boxes.
The original one had only the two inside boxes.
Also, I note that whenever customs opens something they put in a message to say they inspected it.
The original one did not have this, even though the original camera was delayed by customs.
Overall, I would recommend Insane Mobile. They were fast and delivered what they promised.
The courier however needs a kick in the butt.
Be expecting an email from us Damien, it will hopefully help you recover damages from them.
