Good to see some competition to the big boys in getting prices down. Camera ordered Friday and was in Perth Monday from Hong Kong. Well packaged and had all items including Australian power plug adapter. Good correspondence and warranty explanation as well. Recommended.

The service was great!! Product arrived two days after payment cleared instead of 5-10 days as they said. Software in Japanese. All in all a great deal and excellent online store.

My wife ordered a K10D camera, it arrived late, apparently customs held it up. When we got it it was damaged. We emailed Insane Mobile and they got us to send it back. Damien phoned us up and asked if we wanted another one or a refund. We decided to try again. My wife was planning a trip to the USA and was is leaving on Sep3, the new camera was put into the system on a friday, the camera arrived yesterday, monday, it took three days. Pretty good. This one was packed differently. It had a large box that contained both the camera and the lens in it in two seperate boxes. The original one had only the two inside boxes. Also, I note that whenever customs opens something they put in a message to say they inspected it. The original one did not have this, even though the original camera was delayed by customs. Overall, I would recommend Insane Mobile. They were fast and delivered what they promised. The courier however needs a kick in the butt. Be expecting an email from us Damien, it will hopefully help you recover damages from them.

This was my first major internet purchase so was worried I had done my money. But Isane have been great. Had to pick 5 on all as ording was easy. Customer support was great. The online help was great and the guy at the other end knew what he was doing and even fixed the website error I spotted. Product came in 7 days of ordering. I bought the Sanyo Xacti and for the price is a great little device. Tip for buyers, having the camera take 4G card sure saves on buying multiple smaller cards 1g or 2g. I will recommend Insane to friends.
