I ordered and paid for a diamond induction wok exactly a month ago. Two days later, I was told there was a delay and delivery was promised within 3-5 days. At 2 weeks, I sent an e-mail and was promised delivery withing 5 days. I'm still waiting. I can't phone, because their message bank is full and they respond very poorly to e-mails. Legal action is imminent.

Recently purchased some light utensils for the kitchen and also some new baccarat pots and pans. The quality was amazing, the products arrived rather quicker then I anticipated and packaging was at a normal standard. I called to add a product to my order and their staff were quite good with their product knowledge and I was given a quick upgrade to a better pan then the one I thought I wanted. Was pleasantly satisfied with my purchase.
