Just bought a second Fuji-HS20EXR camera from Citiwide. This one was for my Son's birthday present and again they offered me the best available price and it was even cheaper than the first one I bought for myself last year. The camera was hand delivered to my door in just 4 days (which included a weekend) by DHL worldwide couriers. Again the buying experience was first class, very easy and with very fast replies to any of my questions via e-mail. Their good prices and friendly and 'try hard to please' attitude to customers makes such a pleasant change to the usual surly, 'couldn't be bothered attitude' of most local retail store shopping experiences here in Australia. I purchased a Nikon P500 With Heaps Of extas for under $390 delivered to my front door with an 18 month door to door warranty, No store in Australia could even come close to this price the cheapest being $547 then extras on top, I would personaly like to thank Citiwide for a great price, Excellent Service and a Great camera we will be back and have reccomended CITIWIDE to all our friends.%0d%0aThanks again CITIWIDE A+ all the way

The camera I ordered was out of stock but Citiwide offered me an upgrade to a more expensive unit at no extra cost.The communication was terrific,I was kept informed of any changes immediately and the camera arrived three days after finalisation.From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Citiwide to everyone wishing to purchase safely

Would not order again from this company. Took 4 Business days to ship a simple camera.Sent several emails requesting confirmation about shipping and received a reply after the shipping . Also support emails send item has been shipped and 3 days later the product was finally lodged by. Also was lead to believe that dhl or fed x were shipping the item . I find out that it was shipped by china mail system. Very disappointed.
