product didn't arrive when I expected but when I did query as to where it was, I got a definitive answer. product was exceptional, my girlfriend loves using it and I love watching her use it, vibrating beads are a little loud tough. overall, very good site, excellent product and good customer service, very happy and will definitely return here if we decide to buy any more toys.
