Pricing is great - cheapest by far for the computer I wanted. Only slight problem was that they billed me for a mouse which didn't turn up and there was no notification on the invoice, so nothing happened until I rang. They then worked out a replacement and did not charge for postage, so worked out OK.

I have good and bad things to say about City Software. They have a good service-offering overall and I know them to be a trustworthy, long-standing business, however my recent experience when a faulty product arrived was disappointing. I called them to return the product but they told me to deal directly with the local distributor. In my mind, my contract was with City Software, not the distributor, and it was their responsibility to organise a replacement or refund. I spoke to various people in the customer support centre, some of whom were helpful, others who were either unwilling or unable to really get on my case. In the end I got the replacement product and all is well, but it shouldn't have taken this long and I was disappointed by their approach to fixing the problem.
