Easy to order Customer Support Delivery on time Product expectations	By Malcolm , Appears to only use Australia Post as delivery method. Product shipped from NSW to WA and only appeared on Australia Post eParcel system 6 days (including weekend) after originally being notified of product being shipped. This may be an Australia Post issue - unsure. Expected prompt delivery - Australia Post Platinum would have been quicker and potentially cheaper for product ordered. Phone line was busy when attempting to make contact with company. Emails however have been polite, prompt and curteous.
