I was informed over the phone that the product I ordered was in stock at the time of order. The reality was that the product was not in stock. I got it after three and a half weeks. Probably won't use them again.

Received mobile phone promptly about three months ago. But ordered an expensive Nikon battery a week ago only to find the money withdrawn but absolutely no further action. Despite many emails as to an ETA, phone calls (no answer on all but one). We have asked for word from them - or a refund, but again, nothing. Nothing has happened, and we are now at the point of contacting consumer affairs.

Deplorable service! DO NOT BUY FROM ELECTRONIC BAZAAR! I purchased a camera and paid via Paypal. They called me to tell me that they do not have the camera and offered me a few accessories if i purchase another camera from them. I contacted them to purchase another camera however NO REPLY for a week!!! and still no response!!! I want my money back but they're not co-operating AT ALL!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ELECTRONIC BAZAAR!

I wasn't too sure about putting an order worth thousands of dollars through on a website, however I was reassured when I received a friendly response to my initial query about the products I was after. I put my order through and hoped for the best. The order was put in on Thursday morning, I had my camera and the rest of what I ordered the following Monday morning. Couldn't have asked for more. EB has extremely competitive prices. I know I'll be buying from them again.
