My recent experience with Topbuy is appalling, I suggest anyone thinking about buying from them do some research on line.. eg Whirlpool (unbeleive amount of complaints. They sold me a faulty tablet, I sent it back and they tell me it just need recharging (I had my Tech Support Dept at work check and said it was faulty) ...I also researched this product and it is a common fault. Now they want me to pay the return postage, they still havent sent it back or contacted me regarding this, and the support people are hard to contact. The product did not have an australian plug, they sent me a international adapter that crumble into pieces in my hand. Not only that they have been warned by ACMA for spamming. Please it not worth the risk

I bought a Canon macro lens EF 100mm f2.8. The price was excellent and the service and delivery could not be faulted. I am about to buy a new camera Canon 7D and would not hesitate to use Topbuy.com.au again.

I usually order a fair bit of camera equipment online - usually form D-D Electronics. Topbuy had a tremendous special on a Canon 100-400 L Lens that was better than any of its competitors.
I needed the stock fairly promptly as I was flying out of Sydney as a result I gave them a call and the delivered the goods within 3 days.
Terrific online service, staff were friendly - overall recommended.

As a 1st time on-line buyer, I was very apprehensive when I placed an order for a Canon 7D Body only. I actually don't know what I was thinking - but the lure of a really cheap price was too tempting so I placed my order anyway. Throughout the entire process staff were very responsive to any queries, kept me informed of progress and within a week I had my new camera body. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to save money on new camera gear and has doubts about purchasing on-line, and I will certainly be using Top-Buy again.
