And its here, nestled between pristine nature reserves and distinguished wine regions, that the Tidswell family craft their cool climate varietal wines.Select Cabernet Sauvignon parcels from ‘East-West Block’ at our estate grown ‘Heathfield’ vineyard. Maturity at harvest was 14.5 Baume. Matured superbly after eighteen months in French oak barrels, it displays a distinctively regional style. The 2012 Heathfield Cabernet Sauvignon imparts an abundance of herbal aromatics with a mouth-fill of wild berry and intense blackcurrant flavours. It is a well balanced and elegant wine with soft tannins and a rich smooth palate. Consume now or cellar responsibly until 2022.
