1.    The Promoter for this competition is Get Price Pty Ltd.
2.    Entry is open to all Australians who are over the age of 18 years as at 02.10.2009.
3.    To enter, eligible entrants must sign-up to the Get Price PTY Ltd Newsletter at http://www.getprice.com.au/become-member.aspx between 12am on the 02.10.2009 and 11:59pm 06.12.2009.
4.    By signing up to the Getprice Newsletter you agree on receiving promotional offers from our partner topbuy.com.au.
5.    There is a limit of one entry per person.
6.    The entrant may also enter the name and email address of up to four friends to receive an additional entry into the major prize draw for every email address provided. Entrants may not refer themselves and doing so will disqualify that individual’s entry.
7.    Incomplete or incomprehensible entries due to any circumstance be it technical or otherwise, will be deemed invalid.
8.    After signing up, the entrant must remain a subscriber to the Getprice Newsletter for the promotional period in order to be eligible to win.
9.    Employees of the Promoter and its agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
10.    The winners will be announced in the week following the 06.12.2009 on the GetPrice website on the sign-up page.
11.    The main prizes will be dispatched to the winners as soon as we have received their postal details but not earlier than the 14.12.2009.
12.    Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13.    There are six major prizes for this competition. The major prize draw will take place at 10am AEST at Getprice, 40 King Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on the 07.12.09. The first three valid entries drawn will be awarded one HP 550 Laptop each, the second three valid entries drawn will be awarded one ASUS eee PC 1000 each.
14.    The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15.    The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
16.    In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to supply alternative prizes of similar monetary value.
17.    The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for late entries or entries not received for any reason.
18.    Get Price PTY Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19.    Get Price Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.
20.    Get Price Pty Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
21.    The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
