Having purchased a camera from Citiwide I held my breath and prayed that I hadn't blown my money on an online purchase. I was pleasently surprised, not only when I received confirmation of the shipment (which I could track from the store), but also the short time taken for delivery. I have had no problems with my equipment and would recommend this store.They were helpfull with any queries that I had and answered promptly.

Due to a planned holiday I had a week to buy a camera so was hesitant to order online due to shipping times. I went ahead and ordered my Canon G9 at 8.30pm Friday (23/5) and it arrived at work the following Monday at 9.30am! The service is great and emails were responded to with 5 mins. Unbelievable, fantastic price and service. Apart from the fact that the camera was a day or two later than I thought it would be (I live in Brisbane), I have to say the follow up to my query about its wherabouts was excellent. Their attention to my request was excellent. My camera and accessories arrived the day of my query in excellent condition. I'd be more than happy to deal with this company again and also to recommend them.
