Apart from the fact that the camera was a day or two later than I thought it would be (I live in Brisbane), I have to say the follow up to my query about its wherabouts was excellent. Their attention to my request was excellent. My camera and accessories arrived the day of my query in excellent condition. I'd be more than happy to deal with this company again and also to recommend them.

Citiwide is a great company. I messed up the paypal and overpaid - one call next day and Citiwide staff refunded it within 20 minutes. Lumix camera came with extras tossed in: tripod, screen protector and card reader. SD cards and extra batteries were cheaper than other online stores. Great price, great service, 3 days delivery. Compared to some of the local Sydney camera places I've ordered from (slow shipping, confused orders, put-upon phone staff0 - Citiwide is the best. Go with them.

These guys make online shopping a breeze. Fast, efficient, informative and the price was unbeatable! The only problem was the shipping with their courier Fedex. A tip for first timers; make sure someone is available to take delivery between 9am-5pm. Changing the delivery address is not possible with Fedex. Fedex's only suggestion was to leave it on the doorstep!? Other than that, Citiwide come highly recommended.

Wow – exceptional service – big tick for Citiwide Online. I’ve only purchased online with local companies so I must admit I was very anxious when I realised the product was coming from Hong Kong – well I shouldn’t have been… purchased my new Panasonic camera (at a fantastic price) on Monday 25 February and was able to track the purchase status and then freight tracking online the whole way – and I received my camera on Friday 29 February – that’s phenomenal!! During that process, I had a couple of queries and these were answered extremely fast with clear responses each time. Thanks for your prompt action on sending my Fuji S5800 Digital Camera. It arrived on the day that the tracking agency (Fedex) said it would and in good condition. I am a great believer in passing on positive feedback to the people that I am sure that I will do bussines with again. I have used the Fuji S3500 Camera before so the upgraded camera is a dream to use too. My biggest problem (if you could call it that) is that the old S3500 Fuji is silver and the new one is black. My wife is sure to see that I have a new one :-). That's my problem, not yours. Once again, many thanks for your prompt and efficient service and I will pass your details on to my friends.
