Took me chasing up the order after over a week before it was delivered - and then no negotiation over delivery charges. Took another two weeks for the invoice to be posted online - still waiting!!!

Hahaha, my Windbook didnt get hit by a Kangaroo... but it got here and works good, overnight shipping in Melbourne!

Tech4u were great when the courier van carrying my product hit a kangaroo, rolled and caught fire. My product was burnt to a crisp but as soon as Tech4u heard about it they offered me a replacement and I received it within 3 days. That's great service! Thanks guys.
