Canon EOS 750D Digital Camera
The Canon EOS 750D (or Rebel T6i) may not be new, but it’s still a great entry-level DSLR that can deliver excellent image quality. It’s user-friendly and the touchscreen makes it quick to use when you need to get a shot in a hurry.
What are the camera’s main features?
It’s the first Canon DSLR to feature both Wi-Fi and NFC technology, so you can connect it to a smartphone or tablet for either image sharing or to use a remote shutter control. The EOS 750D has a 3.0-inch 1,040,000-dot Clear View II TFT screen that's touch-sensitive and has an aspect ratio of 3:2 to match the uncropped ratio of the imaging sensor. When using the viewfinders, there’s a 19-point autofocus detect system which can be set manually or the camera can do that for you automatically.
Is the camera worth buying?
Burst shooting at 5fps may not seem like much by the latest standards, but it’s great for shooting sports. Plus the EOS 750D features Full HD (1080p) 30fps video capabilities. The level of detail in the image quality is better than its predecessor (Canon EOS 700D), making this one of the best entry-level DSLRs around, perfect for anyone looking to upgrade from a compact camera or a smartphone.
