When do Boxing Day sales start in Australia? Predicted start dates for major Aussie retailers

We are now well and truly in December which means the Australian festive season is almost in full swing.

It can be a costly time of year, so if you’ve been planning to score some bargains in this year’s Boxing Day sales, there’s some good news: while Boxing Day itself is on December 26, it's becoming increasingly more common for Aussie retailers to kick off their sales early, with some starting as soon as mid-December.

If there’s a particular store you’re excited to shop at, we’ve done the research and put together a list of when we expect each retailer will start their sale.

Although not all retailers have confirmed their dates yet, we’ve noted when each brand’s sale began last year to help predict this year’s timings. We’ll also be updating this page as we get more information on when sales will start.
