Does ASOS have free shipping?
Yes, ASOS offers free shipping to Australia on all orders over $120. For orders under $120, standard shipping costs $14.99 and express shipping costs $30.
What is ASOS’s return policy?
ASOS accepts returns as long as the item is in its original condition and is returned within 28 days of delivery. If you want a refund, $8.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
Does ASOS offer a student discount?
Yes, if you make an ASOS account and enter your school details, you can get a student discount code anytime you want to make a purchase at ASOS while you are still a student. The code usually gives you a 10% discount, but this may be higher during student promotions.
Does ASOS accept Afterpay?
Yes, you can pay for your ASOS order with Afterpay.
Does ASOS have a membership program?
Yes, ASOS has a membership program called ASOS Premier. Membership costs $50 per year and members get access to 2-day express shipping when they spend over $70 (2 day shipping is only applicable to metro postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, all other areas will be delivered within 3 business days).

How to use ASOS discount codes
1. Choose an ASOS promo code from our page and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
2. Copy the code, and head to the ASOS website to start shopping.
3. Add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, then click on the cart in the top right-hand corner of the page when you’re ready to checkout.
4. Check the items in your cart are correct and then scroll down to the green button that says ‘Checkout.’
5. If you’re not already logged into your ASOS account, you will have to sign in or make an account.
6. On the payment page above the delivery address section there should be a heading that says ‘Promo/student code or vouchers.” Open that section and enter your discount code in the box titled ‘Promo/student code’ and click ‘Apply code’
5. Your order total should now have updated to the discounted amount. If it doesn’t, it means the code you have used has either expired or is not valid for the product(s) you have chosen.
