What is the warranty period on Bluetti products in Australia?
Depending on the product type, Bluetti offers warranties of between 1-6 years. Smaller products such as solar panels, cables, chargers or other accessories generally come with 12-month warranties. Portable power station warranties vary from 2-3 years, and a home backup system will be given a warranty of between 4-5 years.

What is Bluetti’s return policy?
Bluetti allows customers to return products within 30 days for a full refund; however, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you’d prefer a replacement, Bluetti offers a 90-day express replacement service for select products, and for other items, you can get a refurbished model of equal value if it is within 30 days of purchase.
