Ninja is owned by SharkNinja Inc which is a globally listed company on the New York Stock Exchange and is owned by its shareholders. SharkNinja Australia operates as part of this global business.
Does Ninja have a membership program?
Yes, SharkNinja has a rewards program which gives you credit rewards when you spend money. You can sign up for free and start earning cashback on every purchase. Depending on how much you have spent at SharkNinja, you will be put in a tier (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and your tier will determine the percentage of cashback you will receive. For example, Bronze members who’ve spent between $0 and $800 during their time as members get 5% cashback as store credit, while Gold members who’ve spent over $2,000 get 10%. Does Ninja offer free shipping?
In Australia, Ninja offers free shipping on orders over $200 and on all Spare Parts orders. Orders under $100 have a flat standard shipping rate of $20.
Do Ninja products come with warranty?
Most Ninja products have limited 1-year warranties, while others have longer warranties (between 3 and 10 years). Before purchasing, you can check the warranty of a specific product to make sure it’s right for you, and after buying, you can register your product to make the process easier if something goes wrong.
What is Ninja’s refund policy?
If you return your item within 14 days of delivery (unused, unopened and in its original packaging) Ninja will refund or exchange it, however you will have to cover the return delivery cost.

How to use Ninja promo codes
1. Choose a Ninja promo code from our page and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
2. Copy the code, and head to the Ninja Kitchen Australia website to start shopping.
3. Add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, then click on the cart in the top right-hand corner of the page when you’re ready to checkout.
4. Check that the items in your shopping cart are correct and click the button that says ‘Proceed To Checkout’
5. Input your information and scroll to the bottom of the page and find the black button that says ‘Add discount.’
6. Click on this button and paste your Ninja promo code in the box that appears that says ‘Discount code or gift card’ and then click ‘Apply’.
7. Your order total should now have updated to the discounted amount. If it doesn’t, it likely means the code you have used has either expired or is not valid for the specific product(s) you have chosen.
