Yes, Princess Polly offers free shipping for orders over $60. If your order is under $60, you will have to pay $7.95 for shipping.

Princess Polly accepts returns for exchanges, refunds or gift cards within 30 days of delivery. If you want a refund, $6.95 will be deducted from the returned amount to pay for postage. 

To start the returns process, go to Princess Polly’s returns & exchanges page and you can choose between an instant refund, an instant exchange or to return for an exchange, refund or gift card.
