Does Shark have a membership program?
Yes, SharkNinja has a rewards program where members can sign up for free and earn cash back to use as store credit. The percentage of credit you receive will depend on your membership tier. There are three tiers, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are those who have spent between $0 and $800 while they’ve been a member and are eligible to earn 5% cashback, while Silver members are those who’ve spent between $801 and $2,000 and receive 7.5% cashback, and finally Gold members have spent over $2,000 and can receive 10% cashback. Members also receive a one-off tier reward of either $15 or $30 when they go from Bronze to Silver or Silver to Gold. You can find out more about the SharkNinja rewards program on the website.
Does Shark offer free shipping?
Shark offers free Australian shipping on orders over $100 and on all spare parts orders. For orders under $100, shipping carries a flat rate of $20.
What is Shark’s warranty?
Shark offers up to 5 years warranty on its products in Australia, but the exact warranty term will depend on the specific product you purchase. After purchasing, you can register your purchase so that if anything goes wrong, Shark can more easily help fix the problem.

How to use Shark promo codes
Choose a Shark promo code from our page and click ’Get Code’ to reveal it.
Copy the code, and head to the Shark Clean website to start shopping.
Add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, then click on the cart in the top right-hand corner of the page when you’re ready to checkout.
Check that the items in your shopping cart are correct and click the button that says ‘Proceed To Checkout’.
Input your information and scroll to the bottom of the page and find the black button that says ‘Add discount.’
Click on this button and paste your Shark promo code in the box that says ‘Discount code or gift card’ and then click ‘Apply’.
Your order total should now have updated to the discounted amount. If it doesn’t, it likely means the code you have used has either expired or is not valid for the product(s) you have chosen.
