Nokia Lumia 930 is a next-generation 2014-introduced Lumia device and successor to the Lumia 928 which was released in 2013. The handset was announced in April 2014 and features strikingly powerful specs as compared to older Lumia smartphones. It displays a large 5.0-inch AMOLED touchscreen thereby entering the phablet category. The multitouch supportive ClearBlack screen provides Full HD (1920 x 1080p) resolution for stunning clarity and makes the Lumia 930 one of the best devices for multimedia entertainment on the move. The phablet is powered by April 2014-released Windows Phone 8.1 operating system which comes with an array of incredible features such as Cortana - a virtual private assistant to manage your files and organize your tasks. It supports voice commands and searches the web for you via Microsoft's own Bing search engine. Improvements have been made to UI and lockscreens to make them more pleasant to look at and at the same time perform more efficiently. The Lumia 930 operates on an impressively powerful Quad-core 2.2GHz Krait 400 processor. It is placed on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 with 2GB RAM which is double than that on previous Lumia models. In addition to this, an improved Adreno 330 GPU is included for better graphics acceleration for games and HD movies. The phone's Windows Phone 8.1 OS is preloaded in its 32GB ROM. The device is equipped with a state-of-the-art 20MP rear AF camera with Carl Zeiss optics and a 12.5-inch large image sensor for HD quality photography. The camera packs an image stabilizer, dual LED flash and Nokia's famous PureView technology to generate the clearest imagery. It also records Full HD 1080p movies and provides face detection, panorama mode and dual capture (combined with its 1.2MP HD front cam).
