Fan Forced: A special ring element surrounding the fan allows the oven to generate heat which is then evenly distributed around the interior of the oven by the fan. Fan Assisted: This combines both top and bottom elements as well as the fan to circulate the heat evenly around the oven cavity. The result is a constant oven temperature ideal for baking. Conventional: Utilising both the top and bottom heating elements, the conventional cooking is ideal for roasts, casseroles, fruitcakes and other delicate foods. Turbo Grill: Combining both grill and fan is ideal for succulent rotisserie style grilling while the door is closed. Also suitable for roasting it provides excellent browning on top while the fan circulates the heat around the food to cook evenly. Defrost: This function activates the fan only, no heat, allowing a natural thawing of the food in a quicker time.
