  5. Trophy Winner 97 Points & Special Value Wine James Halliday This beautifully poised Tasmanian Rosé has bright red fruit and complexity from the seven years of tirage. A well structured and elegant style with immense complexity and persistence. Bright and fresh strawberry fruit dominate the initial flavour rise which gives way to complex secondary characters of truffle and yeast extract. This wine has great structural elegance with an impeccable balance of tannin, natural acidity and dosage. “Trophy winner at the Tasmanian Wine Show '17, two-thirds pinot noir, and spent 7 years on yeast lees. Like all Arras wines, it has an extra level of textural and flavour complexity derived partly from the fruit, partly from extended time on lees, balanced by tangy acidity.” – 97 Points & Special Value Wine James Halliday
