Pioneer pod coffee company Nespresso has partnered with Breville to build a new Creatista machine that integrates Vertuo centrifugal pod coffee compatibility with improved milk frothing technologies.

The updated machine is available in Australia with a RRP of $1,099 in three colours: stainless steel, Black Truffle or Seasalt.

While Nespresso has had a version of the Creatista available for some time, this new device uses the newer style Centrifusion pods that can produce more subtle flavours thanks to a different extraction technique that requires less pressure and heat for an excellent coffee at the push of a button.

 Milk made easy

Breville updated its Auto MilQ system on the Barista Touch Impress in March with new frothing capabilities for alternate types of milk. This new milk frothing system has been adapted for the Vertuo Creatista with three coffee type and three temperature settings to ensure you can make the style you want with various milk pairings.

The Vertuo Creatista also includes a new function to make more concentrated coffee shots that will offer better flavour robustness for milk coffee.

The Vertuo capsule range features barcodes that will automatically tell the machine the shot duration of different pods, making it as simple as possible to get the perfect shot.
